This set includes both the gunbelt and the inside belt that have velcro facings. Once the inside belt is put through your belt loops and fastened the gunbelt merely has to be placed around your waist and buckled, no belt keepers are needed. The set is slightly used but in mint condition and the price includes both the inside belt and the gunbelt. The inside belt is a size medium which will fit a size 32 through 36 waist. The outside belt is a large - 38-42. The outside belt is purposely larger as it fits over the inside belt and can hold your handcuffs, holster, etc. The beauty of the nylon set is that when you are out in the elements and the belt gets wet it will dry while you wear it. After drying it will not stiffen up or need to be treated. It is extremely lightweight yet sturdy so it is the belt of choice among specialized units (SWAT, Tactical, Bike Patrol). Because there is no metal hardware it is one less thing to catch light and give away your position when you are trying to maintain a low profile.
