"Lifetime guarantee" from Realistic / Radio Shack. I suppose this would depend on if the had any anymore.
This hard to find tube is used in some vintage amps and if dead you amp is useless. There are some Marshall models that feature this tube in this group of amps.
No test data but tested fine and is new in original box.
