This is a Narda MOD 768-20 medium power attenuator.
Attenuation 20dB, power 20W, frequency DC to 11GHz, connectors N male and female.
When tested the attenuation was about 30db +/- 5db over the range 0.5 to 1300MHz so somewhat suspect.
