Mini Circits ZEM-2 mixer. It was checked to work fine. I have no manufacturer specs for this item. My measurements of return loss from all ports suggests that it was designed for frequencies up to 2 GHz. Attached RF output spectrum demonstrates good performance of the mixer for +10dBm local oscillator (LO) input at 1.5 GHz and –20dBm IF input of 200 MHz.
