This is a comprehensive Training service, normally requiring a MINIMUM of 4 hours, not including process test.
Total 6 hours labor is included. Machine must be setup at your location. Check with me for travel and date arrangements.
Note: this 'short program' training is for persons with wire bonding experience, and intended to get your operator, tech, student, or engineer quickly up to speed on the K&S manual wire bonders in series 4100, 4500, or 4700. Longer training time is required for inexperienced persons or novice level operators. Please do indicate the operator's experience level.
