I don't know how to use this. When I plugged it in the lights came on as you see in the picture.
The GATE light also came on, but at the moment I flashed the picture it was not on.
Seems to be in fine working condition.
I have seen this item for sale for $295!
So this is a bargain starting price.
Sorry, it's just a little bit dusty.
